Shipping Policy for MALATCHI BY DA'SHAWN

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email at customerservices@malatchibydashawn.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times and costs:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $10.50
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $15.40
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days - $38.40 (Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes.)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • MALATCHI BY DA'SHAWN is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international countries. Certain products may have shipping restrictions or may not be available in all areas.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • MALATCHI BY DA'SHAWN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
