Return and Refund Policy

All sales at Malatchi by Da'Shawn are final. We stand behind the quality of our products and ensure that all items meet our high standards before they are shipped to you. However, we understand that in special circumstances, issues may arise. In such cases, at the discretion of the seller, we may offer a store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@malatchibydashawn.com. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, may issue a store credit for any approved claims.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
